It’s not only National Poetry Month, but it’s also our three-year anniversary at Benchtop Brewing Co (434 Hull St. RVA 23224), so come celebrate with us! It’s going down Tuesday, April 14, 6pm. Whether you step up to the mic or simply pull up a stool to soak up some inspiration, we’ll be thrilled to have you join us!
No cover or RSVP necessary. Open mic signup will be onsite prior to the event.
Meet us again in Manchester later this month for our at usual fourth Friday night of open mic awesomeness at Cafe Zata! We’d love to see you and, as with all our open mics, new voices are always welcome! Friday, April 24, 7pm.
Mark your calendars! Our next Poetry Happy Hour at Firehouse is set for Wednesday, May 13, 6pm. Join us for an evening of inspiration (with time built in to catch up with poet-friends over a relaxing beverage–a real happy hour vibe). It all starts at 6pm, with signup open at 5:30. $5 suggested donation.
